How I built these
Every project here went through the same process: discovery call, fixed quote, then short delivery sprints with regular demos. My role varied — from hands-on full-stack on the initial product to architecture and mentoring on platforms that grew. The usual stack: React, Astro, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, deployed on Cloudflare or Vercel.
